A complete care routine: face, body and hair from the MYF shelf
Morning, evening and weekly: a full routine with Arencia Vitamin C, Vaseline Gluta-Hya, Fino hair mask, Vichy Dercos and Marvis. Authentic products, from 635 MAD.
One question comes up a lot: what order do I use all of this in? The MYF beauty and body care shelf covers face, body, hair, teeth and scent. This guide puts it together into a simple routine, from morning to evening, plus a weekly hair plan.

Morning: four steps
1. Teeth. Marvis Whitening Mint (85 ml, 185 MAD): a bold mint with fluoride and xylitol. Brush for two minutes; a pea-sized amount is enough.
2. Face. On clean, dry skin, apply a thin layer of Arencia's Vitamin C Booster Shot (30 ml, 260 MAD) to the face, and pat it gently around the eyes. Its 5% vitamin C, paired with glutathione, brings back radiance and evens skin tone. Niacinamide, panthenol and allantoin hydrate at the same time.
3. Sunscreen. This step isn't optional. Morning vitamin C must always be followed by your usual sunscreen, especially under the Moroccan sun.
4. Body. Vaseline Gluta-Hya Flawless Glow (gold tube, 330 ml, 190 MAD) in a thin layer on arms and legs before you go out. Its built-in UV filters are a bonus, but they don't replace real sunscreen.
If vitamin C is new to you
Start every other day for the first two weeks. Don't layer it with a retinoid or an exfoliant on your face. And patch-test a small area, such as the inside of your wrist, before the first application.
Evening: repair and hydrate
1. Teeth, two more minutes. If you prefer a more medicinal taste, Euthymol Original (75 ml, 75 MAD) is the pink British thymol paste sold since 1898. Note that it's fluoride-free. We compare the two in our Marvis vs Euthymol article.
2. Face. Arencia's Booster Shot is light enough to go under your night cream too.
3. Body. This is the time for Vaseline Gluta-Hya Dewy Radiance (pink tube, 330 ml, 190 MAD). Its serum texture, with hyaluron and niacinamide, sinks in without a greasy film. Pink at night, gold in the morning
Nothing stops you from keeping both tubes: the gold one in the morning for its UV filters and tone-evening pro-retinol, and the pink one at night for hydration. At 190 MAD each, it's the most complete combination on the shelf.
Hair: the weekly plan
With hair, rhythm matters more than the number of products. Here are two common situations.
Dandruff. Pick a treatment shampoo and stick to its course:

Lengths damaged by colouring or straightening. Shiseido's Fino Premium Touch mask (230 g, 270 MAD) is the treatment to add. Its seven care essences, including royal jelly EX, squalane and trehalose, bring back softness and shine without weighing hair down.
- After shampooing, squeeze your hair dry with a towel.
- Apply a walnut-sized amount to the lengths and ends, avoiding the roots.
- Leave it on for one minute, then rinse thoroughly.
- Once or twice a week, in place of your usual conditioner.
The jar holds about twenty applications, which is roughly ten weeks at two uses a week.
Dandruff and dry lengths at the same time?
The two routines combine. The treatment shampoo works on the scalp and the Fino mask goes only on the lengths, so they don't get in each other's way.
The finishing touch: body scent
A care routine often ends with a light scent. Victoria's Secret mists (250 ml, 230 MAD) and Bath & Body Works mists (236 ml, 220 MAD) are sprayed 20 cm from the skin or onto hair. On those days, the scented lotion replaces the Gluta-Hya. There's no need to stack two body lotions.
